These terms are designed to be as clear, fair, and neurodivergent-friendly as possible — but they are legally binding. Please read them before checking out. 1. Product Info & Disclaimers Our products are designed to empower, affirm, and validate. However, they are not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or professional advice. We make zesty tools, not clinical interventions. Always consult a qualified provider for mental health concerns. 2. Order Processing & Shipping Orders are fulfilled via third-party print-on-demand partners. Once you place an order, it cannot be modified or canceled. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to production or carrier delays. You’ll receive tracking information when your item ships. If something hasn’t arrived after 14 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), email us and we’ll investigate. 3. Returns & Exchanges Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective. If that’s the case, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number at help@neurozestyclub.com. We'll make it right. BUT — if you're located in the European Union, you're entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period for most physical goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Here’s what that means: 🛍 EU Customers – Your Right to Cancel You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, no reason required. To do so, email us at help@neurozestyclub.com with your order number and your intent to cancel. You will be refunded in full once we receive the returned product. You are responsible for return shipping. Personalized items and digital products (like printables) are non-refundable, unless defective. We believe in honoring your rights — no tricks, no gaslighting. 4. Personalization & Typos If you order a personalized item, double-check your spelling. We are not responsible for typos submitted during checkout. If we make the mistake, we'll fix it. If you do, we’ll still try to help — but there may be a reprint fee. 5. Copyright & Content Use All designs, text, images, and products on this site are the intellectual property of NeuroZesty™ unless otherwise noted. Don’t steal our content, reprint our printables, or sell our designs. Sharing is cool. Stealing isn’t. 6. Data & Privacy We collect your info to fulfill orders and email you spicy brain things (if you opt in). We never sell your data or use it to bombard your inbox. You can opt out anytime.
