NeuroZesty isn’t fast fashion; it’s intentional chaos.
We design for brains that don’t fit the default settings, and we try not to trash the planet while we’re at it.

Instead of filling a warehouse with guesswork sizes and designs, we use a made-to-order model. That means your item doesn’t exist until you ask for it. Less overproduction, less waste, more room for exactly the weird, specific designs you actually want.

ON-DEMAND PRODUCTION, MADE JUST FOR YOU

Every NeuroZesty product is created after you hit “order.”

Here’s what that means in practice:

  • Your chosen design is sent to our print partners the moment you check out.

  • They print and sew (for some items) your piece specifically for you.

  • There isn’t a dusty box of “Mood Swing Champion” hoodies sitting in a back room waiting for “someday.”

This on-demand process:

  • Reduces overstock and textile waste

  • Lets us offer more niche, neurodivergent and chronic-illness designs

  • Gives you fresh prints instead of old inventory

It does take a little longer than pulling something off a shelf—but you’re also not a shelf person.

HOW WE PRINT (THE NERDY BITS)

To bring our designs to life, our production partners use professional printing methods like:

  • Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing for detailed, full-color art on apparel

  • Sublimation printing for all-over, vibrant designs on certain fabrics

  • High-quality ceramic printing for mugs and ornaments

In plain language:

  • Colors stay bold

  • Lines stay sharp

  • You can actually read the tiny snarky text after more than one wash

Many of the inks used in these processes are water-based and formulated to meet modern safety standards, and on-demand printing in general helps minimize excess materials and unnecessary runs.

WHY PRODUCTION TAKES A LITTLE LONGER

Because everything is made-to-order, there are two stages to your order:

  1. Fulfillment time – printing, sewing (for some items), quality checks, and packing

  2. Shipping time – how long your carrier takes to get it to your door

Total time will vary depending on:

  • The type of product (tee vs. hoodie vs. ornament vs. mug)

  • Your location

  • Seasonal volume (holidays are… a lot)

Think of it as:

“A little extra wait, so your item exists for you, not for a spreadsheet.”

ONE MORE IMPORTANT NOTE

We put a lot of care into each design and partner with experienced print providers to make them real. Because items are made on demand, we typically:

  • Can’t accept returns for things like choosing the wrong size or changing your mind

  • Can usually help if there’s a print issue, damage, or we sent the wrong item
