Shipping Times
For US, UK, and Europe, it usually takes an average of 8 to 10 business days to receive all non-bundle orders. For bundles allow up to 20 days. For the rest of the world allow 20 days for non-bundle orders and 30 days for bundles..
We appreciate it’s not the usual ‘next day delivery’ so common in the fashion world, but we’re not a fast-fashion brand and our products are made to order to avoid over production and waste.

Tracking
A few days after placing your order you will receive an email with your tracking number. In any case, if you have any shipping issue or if you want more information about shipping just reach out to us at support@neurozestyclub.com.
RETURNS
xRefunds and Exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we can only offer a refund or exchange if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or (for EU customers only) is returned under the legal 14-day right of withdrawal.
To initiate any refund or exchange process, just go to our RETURN PORTAL.
Please Note
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or style choice for non-EU customers.
- Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery, and items must be unused and in their original condition. Fitting is obviously okay.
- In many damage/defect cases, we won’t require you to send the item back; if a return is needed, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Our production partners have facilities in the US, Europe, and Canada, so the best return address (if required) will be provided via our RETURN PORTAL.
- Once your request is approved (and any required return is received), we will either refund your purchase or ship a replacement, depending on what you requested and what is available.
- EU customers may have additional rights under local consumer law, including a 14-day withdrawal period; we honor these where applicable.
